Get in Direct Contact with the Vet

When you contact Forever Loved at Home, all contacts are directly handled by Leo, the Veterinary Surgeon. There's no call centres nor reception, so you will be able to explain your pet's situation and ask any questions directly to the vet.

If you are considering home euthanasia for your pet, please don't hesitate to get in touch. I understand that this can be a very difficult decision, and I am happy to answer any questions you may have before making an appointment.

If you are enquiring about an appointment, it is helpful to include your location, your pet's species and approximate size, and any preferred dates or times.

Booking an Appointment

When you contact me, we can discuss your pet's situation, your wishes and any questions you may have. If you decide that home euthanasia is right for you and your pet, we can then arrange a suitable appointment.

I will also discuss the available aftercare options with you and provide a clear quote before the appointment.

I may be with another family or providing veterinary care when you call. If I am unable to answer, please leave a message or send a WhatsApp message and I will respond as soon as I am able.

If your pet requires urgent emergency veterinary care and you cannot reach me promptly, please seek assistance from your usual vets or an alternative at-home veterinary care provider.
